The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has rated the urgent and emergency care services at Queen’s and King George hospitals as ‘inadequate’ following recent inspections.
While inspectors noted good practice in a number of areas and recognised the caring approach from staff, unfortunately the CQC has rated the services as ‘inadequate’ and placed PELC into special measures.
People are being invited to have their say on proposals for a new integrated health and wellbeing hub in Havering from today (22 November) as part of 12 weeks’ public engagement.
