In north east London, there are seven local borough based partnerships. They cover Barking & Dagenham, City of London, Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. Each partnership brings together health, social care, local authorities, and voluntary organisations to improve the health and wellbeing of local people and reduce the health inequalities that exist within their borough.
