City & Hackney Carers Centre is providing a Young Adult Carer Service for those aged 16-25 who support a family member or friend with a disability or long-term illness or condition.
The service offers 1 to 1 sessions with a support worker, assistance with understanding and applying for benefits, online workshops, access to counselling and life coaching, as well as the opportunity to meet and socialise with other young people in a similar situation.
