City & Hackney COVID Rehabilitation (CoRe) Service is asking those in City & Hackney who have been suffering with Long Covid symptoms for weeks or months to complete a survey. Responses will provide valuable information to help understand where there is a need for further support and plan better health services for all residents living in City & Hackney. As a token of thanks, CoRe will offer entry into a prize draw for the chance to win a £50, £25 or £10 store voucher.
For those residents who want to share more detailed accounts of their experiences with Long Covid, a focus group will be set up where everyone who takes part will be eligible for a £20 store voucher. The focus group will take place online or in person, depending on your preference.
