About this service​

If you or someone you know needs urgent help for their mental health call a local NHS crisis line. 

Who can use this service

They are free and open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, for adults, children and young people.

How to access this service

The helplines are supported by trained call handlers who are there to listen, and to help you make sense of how you are feeling. They can help advise you on where you can access the right mental health support.
