If you have muscle or joint problems, or injuries such as back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain, a new app can help you self-manage your health.

The getUBetter app provides digital self-management for individuals with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

The app is easy to use, will help people to to manage their injury/condition and provide relevant information according to their stage of recovery.

You can download the getUBetter App to your Smartphone or you can use it on your computer.

The app will also connect you to your local treatment, healthcare providers or support services, such as physiotherapy. if this is needed.
