Mental Health crisis cafes – walk in help
About this service
Crisis cafes are local places you can go that offer immediate help if you are in distress or crisis. They are safe, supportive places for anyone who feels they are struggling or not coping. Just walk-in.
Who can use this service
Anyone aged 18+ who needs immediate help if you are in distress or crisis.
They are free and open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, for adults, children and young people
How to access this service
The following are open on evenings and weekends:

- Opening times: Monday – Friday: 5pm to 9pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays, 3pm to 9pm

Mental Health Crisis Assessment Hub at Goodmayes Hospital
- Location: Block 8, North East London Foundation Trust, Goodmayes Hospital, Barley Lane, Ilford, Essex, IG3 8XJ.
- Opening times: If you are over 18 and live in Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham or Havering you can walk into the Mental Health Crisis Assessment Hub at Goodmayes Hospital 24/7 for immediate help and support.

- Opening times: Redbridge residents aged 18 and over, can walk in with no need for an appointment. 365 days a year.
