Ear, Nose and Throat community services

About this service​

The service provides patients with specialist advice and treatment for a range of Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) conditions. The  specialist ENT doctors and their multi-disciplinary team aim to diagnose patients’ conditions, arrange any investigations necessary and provide treatment to resolve or manage symptoms.

Patients are referred into the service by their GP for any ENT conditions deemed appropriate to be dealt with in the community.

Examples of conditions:

  • Hearing loss

  • Vertigo

  • Dizziness

  • Voice problems

  • Nasal polyps

  • Tinnitus

  • Adenoid problems

  • Chronic or recurrent tonsillitis

Who can use this service

Adults and children over 5.

How to access this service

This is a GP referral service. If you live in North East London and have an ENT issue, make an appointment with your GP who will refer you into the service.
