As part of our Maternity Programme, we are working to improve our pelvic health service offer in north east London.
To make sure that the care we offer meets our communities needs, we’re hosting a listening event to hear about experiences and suggestions for improvement.
We want to hear from anyone who has used pelvic health services in the last 12 months, either during or after pregnancy.
Pelvic health services are used to help with pelvic health problems, that may include; leaking of urine (pee) and/or stool (poo), prolapse (bulging or swelling), injuries and infection in the area between the vagina and anus, pelvic girdle pain (pain in the pelvic area and/or back) and abdominal rectus diastasis (tummy muscle separation).
We want to hear about what went well, what could have been improved and ideas on how to make things better.
Where? Old Town Hall, Stratford, 29 The Broadway, London, E15 4BQ
When? Thursday 30 March, 10:30am-12pm
Who? Anyone who has given birth in the last 12 months and used pelvic health services
How? Register via Eventbrite
The workshop will be facilitated by pelvic health physios and maternity staff, and all attendees will be given a £25 Love2Shop voucher for their time.
