Hackney Cypriot Association is holding an information session on Type 2 diabetes for Turkish speakers. The session will be delivered in Turkish by Homerton Diabetes Centre and is aimed at anyone who is at risk of Type 2 diabetes or who already has diabetes.
The event will take place on Tuesday 22 November 2022 from 10.30am-12.30pm. It will include information about diabetes risk factors, the diabetes care processes, diet, exercise, complications, annual review, an opportunity to test glucose levels, explore referral routes for diagnosis/support and engage in Q&A with a specialist diabetes educator.
