Community African Network (CAN), along with Hackney Council and North East London CCG, are hosting Springfield Community Health Day to offer free health checks to Hackney residents.
During this time, guests can ask questions about their general health, check their blood pressure, obtain the Covid-19 vaccine and booster, receive free Covid testing kits and check blood sugar levels.
The health day will take place on Tuesday, 5 April 2022, 10am-4pm, at Springfield Club for Young People, Big Hill, London E5 9HH. Free refreshments and goodie bags will be available.
