This strategy sets out our vision to ensure North East London Local Maternity and Neonatal System (NEL LMNS) improves equity for mothers and babies from Black, Asian and Mixed ethnic groups and those living in the most deprived areas, and improve equality in experience for staff from minority ethnic groups.
