The new NHS health centre in Ilford town centre will be named Ilford Exchange Health Centre after staff and people living or working in north east London were asked their view on what would be a good name for the new facility.
Local people, including patients and staff were asked to vote for their favourite name from a shortlist of seven, with ‘Ilford Exchange Health Centre’ being chosen as the favourite!
Ilford Exchange Health Centre will open in Spring 2024. When finished, the new state-of-the-art centre will offer GP and other health services to local people in a single central location.
