City and Hackney Placed-based Partnership and Partners have been shortlisted for three Health Service Journal (HSJ) Awards, including Placed-based Partnership of the Year. The official shortlist was announced on Monday, 8 August 2022.
The three awards are in the following categories:
- Innovation and Improvement in Reducing Healthcare Inequalities – for its mental health personal health budget model entitled “What Matters to Me: Using Personal Health Budgets for Mental Health Recovery”
- Mental Health Innovation of the Year – for its dementia model entitled “An Alliance Model of Dementia Care from diagnosis to end of life”
- Placed-based Partnership of the Year – also for its dementia model entitled “An Alliance Model of Dementia Care from diagnosis to end of life”
HSJ Awards is the most esteemed accolade of healthcare service excellence in the United Kingdom. The 2022 Awards will be its 42nd year of highlighting those in the sector who share best practices, improve patient outcomes and innovate drivers of better service, but will most importantly provide a well-deserved thanks to all those healthcare teams for their dedication to this area.
The live judging will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, 27 September 2022 at 10am with the HSJ Awards Ceremony to be held on Thursday, 17 November 2022.
