The London Maternity Clinical Network are working alongside service-users and professionals to co-design clinical standards for handover of care between Community Midwives and Health Visitors. By standardising information, it can reduce variation across London and improve the safety and experience of women, birthing people and families. The online workshop is open to all: parents, service-users, midwives, Health Visitors, obstetricians, GPs, commissioners, Public Health representatives, Local Authorities- anyone with a keen interest in improving care for women, birthing people and their families.
