The Welcome Centre is a day centre for homeless people in Redbridge. For many it is the first port of call when facing homelessness. The project aims to bring together all the services under one roof that homeless people might need access to. We deliver a trauma informed and person centred approach to bring about change for each person that uses the service. Homeless people suffer huge health inequalities and this session will look at some of the ways that we are trying to narrow that gap and bring about an end to rough sleeping.
