Hackney: Knitting and Crotchet 50+

Visit our free drop-in clinic, where the below are available on the day with no appointment needed:
- Covid-19 vaccines (we welcome all patients over 65 years old, health and social care workers irrespective of age, or patients over 12 years old in a clinical risk group)
- Health checks
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood glucose checks
- BMI checks / weight management conversations
- Help with quitting smoking
- Health & wellbeing conversations (eg alcohol, mental health)
- Cancer awareness
If you are clinically vulnerable, or over 65 years old, you can also arrange your flu vaccine at the event.
Knit, crochet and chat, suitable for beginners to advance level. Experienced peer facilitator, skill sharing. Materials provided (wool). Bring own knitting or crochet needles. For those aged 50 and over, bring own knitting/ crochet needles. Wool provided.
