Access is free of the typical barriers to support – no waiting times, no referrals, no thresholds to meet and complete anonymity. The service is open for support 365 days per year, between 12pm-10pm on weekdays, and 6pm-10pm on weekends and holidays.
Kooth is available for all children and young people in north east London via kooth.com.

Local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS):
In addition to the above, we provide local Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services – known as CAMHS for short.
You can access these services directly without needing to see your doctor, or you may wish to speak to your doctor first, who can then put you in touch with the right service for you.
Please use the contact details below depending on which area you live in.
