Asma a resident in BHR aged 47, completed the Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme in June 22

“The information in the course stays in you head. Despite the programme being challenging in the first three months, I feel I am in better control of my diet. Due to the programme, I have been able to lose weight & reduce my dress size down. I have had some relapses and have put on some weight since completing the course a year ago. However, based on what I learnt on the programme I was able to lose the excess weight effectively. This programme has taught me to be very disciplined. What I have learnt will stay with me for life.”
